i got out of bed to type this message to ya. i was laying in bed thinking about all this male suicide prevention stuff you and RKZ do and good on you too for all of it. i swear i feel like my life just couldn't get any worse....everyday. but then it always does somehow. i lost my friends, i lost all support from my family, i'm an outcast, i lost all job prospects and i think i lost all sense of living now. you never think this will happen to you. yet here we are, brother :-)
RKZ has directly associated with C.A.L.M as an ambassador and is constantly working with them to help make it easier for young men to speak up about depression and suicide which is a prime killer of young men.
My work is mainly towards the “help who asks for it,” and making myself available in any way that I can.
