Sid, was it that you worry more about bankruptcy than redundancy? or redundancy/job instability more than bankruptcy? cos i can see how you might be generous in helping out people in your life (and i do hope they're grateful to you about all that) but i never assumed you might be facing an unstable future careerwise, since your career has always been progressing steadily. u haven't been at risk of losing your job, have you? i mean, you're practically invincible with your record of past projects.
I don’t necessarily worry about job stability or bankruptcy as much as I used to. Back in the day, I was in a tight spot, but now it’s kind of evened out. I have a skill-set and pool of talent that is desired, so if things don’t work out, then it won’t be hard for me to find work.
My showreel and portfolio is pretty solid and it’s just a case of making sure everything is moving forward.
Currently I’m working on a number of projects at the company I work for which are definitely going to bring myself and the company a lot of success and money. It’s all just a matter of process really.
